Morris and Clark of The Geenty Group handle 857 s/f lease
Branford, CT According to The Geenty Group, Realtors and president Kristin Geenty, Cheryl Morris has represented a tenant in a three-year lease at 71 West Main St.
The tenant is James M. Clement Manufacturing. This 857 s/f of open space will be used for jewelry repair and manufacturing. Clement Manufacturing was previously located in Hamden and has been in business for over 27 years.
Bill Clark, also of The Geenty Group, was the agent for the landlord, D’Amato Investments, LLC.
