Southington, CT O,R&L Commercial’s Jay Morris and Robert Gaucher, CCIM, SIOR leased 85,000 s/f to Webster Bank at 200 Executive Blvd.
Webster Bank is consolidating its Cheshire and Wallingford offices into this one location. 200 Executive Blvd. is a 4-story 150,000 s/f class A office building that was formerly occupied by The Hartford. The building was purchased in 2014 completely vacant by the new owner, Executive 200, LLC. Since then the owner has made substantial renovations to the building, which include a new lobby, common areas and new front façade. Webster chose this location because it is central in the State and it is immediately off I-84, exit 31. Another feature that was important to Webster and the other tenants is that it has dual back-up generators that can power the building in the event of a power outage. Webster Bank will be occupying the entire 1st and 2nd floors, as well as half of the 3rd floor.
Morris and Gaucher of O,R&L represented the owner, Executive 200, LLC, and Drew Saunders of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, Webster Bank.
