Being elected as the 2016 president for the CCIM CT Chapter as it provides me with an opportunity to give back to an organization for which I attribute professional success, including my recent achievement of the SIOR designation
What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2016?
Based on what we have in our pipeline for 2016, it’s going to be an exciting year!
What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2015?
My involvement in the sale of an assemblage of 6 properties constituting 37 AC’s in S. Windsor to a national, build-to-suit developer, Scannell Properties for their tenant Hyundai. Total value of project is in excess of $20 million.
