Morris of O,R&L sells 3,548 s/f office building for $123,500
Jay Morris of O,R&L Commercial sold 45 Russell St. for $123,500. The 2-story, 3,548 s/f stand-alone office building is situated on 0.40 acres and was known as the American Red Cross office. The property was purchased by Twig & Cracker, LLC for use as the new home office of ML Therapies LLC, which specializes in mental health.
Morris represented the seller, American Red Cross and the buyer Twig & Cracker, LLC was represented by Realty Associates.
