Morris of The Geenty Group leases 3,100 s/f office/warehouse space
Branford, CT The Geenty Group Realtors said that Cheryl Morris has represented a tenant in a three-year lease at 9 Business Park Dr.
Morris represented Ober-Read & Associates, Inc. They will be leasing 3,100 s/f of office/warehouse space. Christopher Read is the owner. Ober-Read is a leader in the United States for fluid pump, vacuum, and low-pressure air pump products.
The landlord is The Bernabucci Real Estate Company, Inc.
Jeff Dow of Dow Realty Company in New Haven was the agent for the landlord.
