Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. leases 700 s/f of retail space at 795 Washington Street to City Pizza and Pasta
Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. recently leased 700 s/f of retail space at 795 Washington St. to City Pizza and Pasta.
The store is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and also offers delivery for take-out orders.
Peter Drake and his son are the principals and have been established in Wellesley for the past 35 years.
Moskowitz, as exclusive broker, represented the lessor, Bramson Associates and assisted the tenant.
