Mott & Chace and Residential Properties, Ltd. trade 37 Glen Rd. for $3.525 million

Westport, MA Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sold 37 Glen Rd. for $3.525 million. The buyers were represented by Liz Kinnane of Mott & Chace, and the sellers were represented by Kathy Santos of Residential Properties, Ltd. (RPL).

According to data from the MLS Property Information Network, this is the highest sale of 2023 in the town. Kinnane also represented the sellers in the second-highest sale, and agents of Mott & Chace have represented clients in four of the top five sales in the town this year.

“This is an exceptional home in an unparalleled setting,” said Kinnane. 

“Its location on the peninsula provides 180-degree water views, while more than 11 acres of land afford privacy. I’m thrilled for my clients to enjoy this special place.”
