Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty broker $2.15 million sale

Barrington, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty completed the sale of 298 Rumstick Rd. for $2.15 million. The seller was represented by Beth Anderson, sales associate, and the buyer was represented by MaryBeth Frye, sales associate, both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

According to data available from Rhode Island MLS, this is the highest non-waterfront sale in town since 2014. Additionally, this is the fourth most expensive home sale in town so far this year. Mott & Chace represented clients in the sale of the previous highest non-waterfront sale in town previously this year.

“This special home has a ton of historic character. It has been a pleasure to represent my clients in this sale,” said Anderson.

The Victorian is located in Rumstick Point and boasts over 4,100 s/f of living space along with deeded water rights.

The home features five bedrooms and three- and one-half bathrooms.

“Barrington is a wonderful place to live, and I’m thrilled to welcome my clients to their new home,” said Frye.
