Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty brokers $1.61 million sale of Swansea property

Swansea, MA Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has completed the sale of 401 Cedar Ave., for $1.61 million. The sellers were represented by Lindsey Duckworth, sales associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The buyers were represented by Anastasia Kaufman of HomeSmart Professionals.

 According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the top sale in the town for 2024 and the highest since August 2023 when agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sold a home on Gardners Neck Rd. The firm continues to have luxury dominance in the municipality by maintaining the highest transaction on record from 2021.

Sited on over six acres, this architect designed colonial is amongst stonewalls and gardens. An expansive backyard retreat is highlighted by a heated saltwater pool and generous patio space. The interior has cathedral ceilings custom moldings and built ins. Four bedrooms and four full and two half bathrooms allows for everyone to have their own space and privacy.
