Mott & Chace Sotheby’s brokers $1.345m sale

South Kingstown, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty completed the sale of 2 Hundred Acre Pond Rd. East, for $1.345 million. Danielle Fox, sales associate of Mott & Chace, represented the seller. Michele Doherty of Coldwell Banker Coastal Homes represented the buyer.

According to data available from Rhode Island MLS, the sale of 2 Hundred Acre Pond is the highest Hundred Acre Pond sale on record. Additionally, this is the second most expensive home sale in town in 2022. Mott & Chace sold the most expensive home of the year, 527 Ministerial Rd.

The four-bedroom and three- and one-half bathroom home offers almost 4,000 s/f of living space with stunning pond views from almost every window. Designed for entertaining, the home features a wraparound deck, new dock, and an enclosed boat house.
