Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sells Swansea property for $2.37m

Swansea, MA According to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, the waterfront home at 222 Bay Point Rd. has sold for $2.37 million. Lindsey Duckworth, sales associate, and Beth Anderson, sales associate, both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the seller. Deborah Buckley of Keller Williams North Central represented the buyer.

According to Massachusetts MLS PIN, the sale of 222 Bay Point Rd. is the highest residential sale in town ever recorded.
