Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty’s Andreozzi sells out Bay Spring Crossing - 12 units

Barrington, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has sold out the newly constructed division of the Bay Spring Crossing. Building C, comprised of 12 units, was sold exclusively by Cheryl Andreozzi, sales associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

According to the data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the firm sold out all units in nine months, achieving over $4.5 million. On the heels of the large-scale condominium sell out at The 903 Residences, Mott & Chace has once again established a well-executed sales and marketing plan that resulted in full price purchased of every unit.

Andreozzi has also been leading the firm’s exclusive partnership with The Arcade Providence Micro-Lofts, which has been successful with just a handful of units remaining for sale.

“Bay Spring Crossing is the only condominium complex in Barrington,” said Andreozzi. “A unique property and a wonderful project to be a part of. Thank you to all who have been involved in making this venture a quick and prosperous one!”

Each unit offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and just over 1,000 s/f of living space. Located near the East Bay bike path and Latham Park, the location offers easy access to Boston or Providence.
