Westport, MA Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty completed the sale of 246 River Rd. for $2.605 million. The sellers were represented by Cherry Arnold, sales associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Meg Beers of Compass represented the buyers.

According to data from MLS Property Information Network, this is the highest sale in the town for 2024.
