Bartley and Olson of Nordlund Associates represent 128 Plumbing and Heating in $1.5 million acquisition

Chelmsford, MA Rick Bartley and Kevin Olson of Nordlund Associates, Inc. represented 128 Plumbing and Heating, Inc. in the acquisition of 80 Brick Kiln Rd., an 8,792 s/f flex building situated on 1.4 acres. The property sold for $1.5 million. The Jumpp Company represented the seller, 80 Brick Kiln, LLC.

Ryan Williams of 128 Plumbing and Heating, Inc. said, “We’re appreciative of the efforts by Kevin Olson and Rick Bartley of Nordlund to assist in the transaction of 80 Brick Kiln, which will facilitate the growth of our company. They were diligent throughout and with this new location it allows us to grow the company and better serve our customers by expanding our training and inventory capacity.”
