Moynihan of Ellis Realty Advisors completes $6.4 million sale of 3.3 acres

Canton, MA Ellis Realty Advisors completed the $6.4 million sale of the 3.3 acre site at 869 Washington St. Colin Moynihan, senior partner at Ellis Realty Advisors represented both the buyer and seller in the sale. 

At the location, 57 market rate townhomes have been fully permitted, and substantial infrastructure work has been completed. The site is under half a mile away from the Canton MBTA Station, and is located 20 miles from downtown Boston.
