Wettenstein of Vidal/Wettenstein and Peck of Peck Commercial World handle 4,000 s/f lease

36 Higgins Drive - Milford, CT

Milford, CT North Country Boatworks, presently located in Stratford, will be relocating to a 4,000 s/f building at 36 Higgins Dr. The company will be vacating 584 Surf Ave. in Stratford, which was leased to North Country, but was recently sold to an electrical contractor to be used for their own business.

North Country Boatworks specializes in the restoration and preservation of antique and classic wooden boats, practicing traditional skills and applying modern technologies. Their areas of expertise concentrate around three primary services: Restoration, yacht joinery, and new construction.

The term of the lease is for five years. Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and partner with Vidal/Wettenstein represented North Country, and Arnold Peck of Peck Commercial World was the listing broker.
