Also, Mulroy leased 4,000 s/f of warehouse space at 2 Shaker Rd. in Shirley, MA. Mulroy represented the tenant, Nalco Company, a specialist in water, hygiene and energy technologies. Mulroy brought the tenant directly to the owner and landlord, Phoenix Park LLC.
