Mulroy of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. completes three leases - 10,500 s/f

Paul Mulroy, senior vice president at O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. recently represented C.J. Field, Inc. in the renewal leasing of two units at 181 Stedman St. The units totaled 3,800 s/f and consisted of warehouse and office space. The tenants, Constitution Construction and Bobby Spindell Training, were procured by Mulroy. The property continues to be at full capacity. In addition, Mulroy represented 1 Industrial Way Nominee Trust in leasing 2,700 s/f of office and warehouse space at 1 Industrial Way in Tyngsboro, MA. The tenant, S&T Electrical was procured by Mulroy. The tenant will be doing a full turnkey build out prior to occupying the space. The property has one 1,200 s/f garage warehouse with a drive in door remaining for lease. Also, Mulroy leased 4,000 s/f of warehouse space at 2 Shaker Rd. in Shirley, MA. Mulroy represented the tenant, Nalco Company, a specialist in water, hygiene and energy technologies. Mulroy brought the tenant directly to the owner and landlord, Phoenix Park LLC.
