Carolyn's Folly Inc. owned the property for over 25 years, previously housing a family business that was sold 2 years ago.

Landlord R&G Partners LLC agreed to custom a design build a deluxe suite consideration of a 5 year lease term. O'Brien Commercial represents R&G Partners and procured the tenant.
