Mulroy of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. handles sale of 56 Newhall Street, Lowell, MA

R-Squared has recently purchased 56 Newhall St. from Carolyn's Folly Inc. for an undisclosed price. Paul Mulroy, senior vice president of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller and procured the buyer. R-Squared is a mid-market, full-service used furniture refurbisher servicing the metropolitan Boston area for over 18 years. Carolyn's Folly Inc. owned the property for over 25 years, previously housing a family business that was sold 2 years ago. Also, Time Value Property Exchange and several of its related companies have secured a lease for 2,380 s/f of office space the Concord office center at 2352 Main St. in Concord. Landlord R&G Partners LLC agreed to custom a design build a deluxe suite consideration of a 5 year lease term. O'Brien Commercial represents R&G Partners and procured the tenant.
