Phoenix Park in Shirley has signed a long-term lease with Tyngsboro-based, Eastmar Corp. Paul Mulroy of O'Brien Commercial Properties represented the tenant in the 2,000 s/f lease. The tenant will be making precision machine parts for the defense and aerospace industries.
