N.E. Retail Props. handle 2 leases totaling 2,400 s/f at Sundad Plaza

Nelson Pickering of New England Retail Properties, Inc. in Wethersfield, exclusively represented the lease of Soleil Tanning Salon, a 1,200 s/f tanning salon, and Cucamaracara Mexican Eatery, a 1,200 s/f restaurant at Sundad Plaza which is located at 1371 East Main St. Sundad Plaza is a 12,000 s/f shopping center located off I-91 and the Merritt Parkway. Pickering was the sole broker on both deals. This is Soleil Tanning Salon's first location and they are currently open and operating. This is Cucamaracara's second location in Conn. and they are scheduled to open in September. Their first eatery is Sal's Pizza in Meriden, which has been serving the community since 1972. New England Retail Properties, Inc. is a commercial retail brokerage firm that has been in business since 1987 and exclusively represents over 4 million s/f of retail space, along with several national retail tenants in all major markets in New England. New England Retail Properties, Inc., exclusively represented the lessor, Sundad, LLC of Middlefield, and the lessee, Soleil Tanning Salon, LLC and Cucamaracara Mexican Eatery, LLC in the transactions.
