NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs facilitates $2m sale of 45 acres to Tree House Brewing Co.

Charlton, MA Jeff Borus of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs recently facilitated the sale of 45 acres at 7 - 13 Sampson Rd.

Borus represented the owner and brought Tree House Brewing Company to the properties. 7 Sampson Rd. included a residence with five-acres and was sold along with 13 Sampson Rd. which, per the deed, included 45.2444 acres, for a total price of $2 million.

Treehouse has not indicated what their proposed use would be for the land.
