NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs handles $775,000 land sale

Worcester, MA Pizzarella Irrevocable Trust recently sold a 4.5-acre lot to 1059 Grafton Street LLC, that will be improving it with a car wash, including 4,000 s/f of building and a 120 foot tunnel at 1059 Grafton St. Pizzarella Irrevocable Trust was represented by NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs vice president, Jeff Borus. The sale closed on June 2 at a price of $775,000. 

Borus said, “It was a lengthy process, with both parties working in a highly professional way with each other and the community to advance the project.”

NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs has represented the Seller on a couple of land sales for projects over the past five years, with another potentially on the horizon.
