
Gardner, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, representing Timpany Crossroads, LLC, facilitated multiple leases within the newly developed Timpany Crossroads Plaza at 308-320 West Bdwy. The plaza, which commenced construction in 2020 and concluded in 2023, features two multi-tenant retail buildings and a 7,000 s/f restaurant pad site.

The recent additions of Jersey Mike’s, Central Mass Dental, Clearview Dermatology, and Verizon Wireless have brought the plaza to full occupancy, complementing existing national retailers such as Starbucks, 99 Restaurant, and Edward Jones.
