NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs brokers two-building retail center sale

Holden, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs has brokered the sale of a two-building, 10,000 s/f retail center located at 597-633 Main St. to a local investor. The buildings were occupied at the time of sale by Holden Pizza, McGreevey’s Barbershop, Donut Kitchen, and Towne Cleaners. Prior to the transaction, NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs Property Management provided property management services for the site.

NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs vice president Tim Whittredge and principal Jim Glickman represented the seller, Kouliou Realty Trust, in the $1.8 million transaction.
