NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs facilitates $825,000 sale of warehouse

6 Eames Road - Worcester, Mass.

Worcester, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs facilitated the $825,000 sale of a 5,000 s/f warehouse building located at 6 Eames Rd. The seller, SLC Realty Trust was represented by NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs vice president Tim Whittredge, the buyer, MG Eames Realty, LLC was represented by NAI Glickman Kovago and Jacobs principal Mike Jacobs.

The building was constructed by the seller in 1989 and housed his contracting company Regional Buildings Inc. up until the sale of the property this year.

Michael Jacobs, principal at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, said, “We are pleased to have facilitated this successful transaction, the purchase of this well-maintained warehouse building at 6 Eames Rd. in Worcester, and we look forward to more such opportunities in the future.”

Whittredge said, “Representing the seller, SLC Realty Trust, in this transaction has been a privilege. The fact that the building served as the home for Regional Buildings Inc. for many years adds to its history and value. We are delighted to have played a role in connecting the seller and buyer for this sale.”
