R.W. Holmes represents MedMinder in lease at 320 Norwood Park South

Wayland, MA R.W. Holmes completed a lease expansion for MedMinder, bringing the tenant’s total footprint to 24,000 s/f.

MedMinder, a fully integrated, end-to-end pharmacy, medication adherence, and connected care solutions provider, has chosen to expand at 320 Norwood Park South to accommodate additional growth. Larry Epstein from Savills represented MedMinder and R.W. Holmes represented the landlord, Brave Dog Properties.

Last year, R. W. Holmes negotiated the purchase of 320 Norwood Park South to Brave Dog Properties and currently serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the 40,000 s/f R&D building.

This expansion brings the property to 85% leased. The property is tailored to R&D users who need high image space as well as heavy infrastructure for their research and operations.

“We are very excited that MedMinder continues to grow its presence at 320 Norwood Park South. It’s a great reflection on the impact of the improvements Brave Dog Properties has made to the property in order to accommodate R&D companies,” said R.W. Holmes associate Mike Fahy. “The building has been transformed to be a great ecosystem for innovation companies in the R&D and life sciences fields.”

Since purchasing the property in April 2022, Brave Dog Properties invested heavily to improve the building: upgrading common areas, installing a freight elevator, exterior improvements, and adding a fitness center. With these improvements, the property has become a class A option in the 128 South market.
