NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs facilitates sale
of 404 Washington St. in Auburn, MA for $2.2 million

Auburn, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs has completed the sale of 404 Washington St. The 16,400 s/f industrial property, located on 2.5 acres, closed for a transaction valued at $2.2 million. 

The property, previously owned by Papa Gallo LLC, is currently occupied by Wood Pro and includes an existing cell tower on-site. 

NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs vice president David Burwick, represented the seller, Papa Gallo LLC. The buyer is ORH Capital LLC. 

“We were pleased to represent the seller in this transaction and help facilitate a smooth closing,” said Burwick. “The strong demand for industrial space in this market made this a strategic opportunity for both parties.”
