Press of Press|Cuozzo completes long-term lease of 6,400 s/f to Gaylord Specialty Healthcare
Cheshire, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press|Cuozzo Realtors, completed the signing of a long-term lease for a full floor of 6,400 s/f to Gaylord Specialty Healthcare at 415 Highland Ave.
Press, as exclusive broker, had been marketing the former dental suite, and he and the ownership are excited and proud to have Gaylord as a tenant in this multi-tenant medical building. Gaylord will be renovating the space as a physical therapy facility.
Press represented the building ownership, and Toby Brimberg of O,R&L represented the tenant.
