NAI Hunneman brokers $3.2 million sale of 122-128 Cambridge Street

NAI Hunneman recently brokered the $3.2 million sale of 122-128 Cambridge St., to Shire Realty Corp. NAI Hunneman Associate Sean Ryan procured the buyer and represented the seller, Ozzy Properties. Located in the city's West End in close proximity to the Massachusetts General Hospital, 122-128 Cambridge St. is a boutique property right on the edge of Beacon Hill. The building is famously known for the Apple Billboard (owned by Clear Channel) on the roof, easily seen when you come up Standard St. The property boasts solid income from a Store 24, the yoga studio upstairs and the aforementioned billboard. "122-128 Cambridge St. was a very attractive asset amongst owners looking for small boutique retail properties in downtown Boston," said Ryan. "We have seen a high demand for this type of product lately as investors look for ways into the competitive Boston real estate landscape. The heavy foot traffic and area amenities, which include MGH, Government Center and Suffolk University, make it a very distinct piece of real estate in a very high-profile area." NAI Hunneman is a leading provider of commercial real estate services to corporations, institutions and the private market. NAI Hunneman is a member NAI Global, the premier network of independent commercial real estate firms and one of the largest commercial real estate service providers worldwide.
