NAI Hunneman brokers 37,207 s/f office sublease at One Wall St.

NAI Hunneman's Suburban Leasing Group has brokered a 37,207 s/f office sublease at One Wall St., representing Openwave Systems Inc., the subandlord, in the transaction. Under the terms of the sublease, DynamicOps will occupy the entire second floor office space previously occupied by Openwave. Colliers represented the subtenant. One Wall St., the flagship building in the Burlington Office Park, is a 192,000 s/f Class A office building. It is owned and managed by The Gutierrez Company. Redwood City, Calif.-based Openwave Systems is a global software innovator delivering context-aware mediation and messaging solutions that enable communication service providers and the broader ecosystem to create and deliver smarter services. In another transaction, NAI Hunneman's Suburban Leasing Group brokered the 7,047 s/f office lease to Marine Polymer Technologies, Inc. Marine Polymer, a medical device company, leased office space at 24 New England Executive Park. Michael McCarthy, assistant vice president and Jim Boudrot, senior vice president at NAI Hunneman, members of the firm's Suburban Leasing Group, represented the tenant. "After surveying the Rte. 128 market for comparable space our client decided that for numerous reasons their existing location was suitable for their future needs." Built in 1986, 24 New England Executive Park is a four-story, multi-tenant office building and has 294 surface parking spaces. NAI Hunneman's Suburban Leasing Group, which includes James Boudrot, Brendan Daly, Evan Gallagher, Stephen James and Michael McCarthy, specializes in the representation of tenants and landlords in the Greater Boston suburbs and along Rte. 128 and I-93.
