NAI Hunneman brokers 37,207 s/f sublease for Openwave Systems Inc.

NAI Hunneman's suburban leasing group has brokered a 37,207 s/f office sublease at One Wall St. NAI represented Openwave Systems Inc., the sub-landlord, in the transaction. Under the terms of the sub-lease, DynamicOps will occupy the entire second floor office space previously occupied by Openwave. Colliers represented the subtenant. One Wall St., a building in the Burlington Office Park, is a 192,000 s/f class A office building. It is owned and managed by The Gutierrez Company.
