NAI Hunneman's suburban leasing team negotiates 6,399 s/f expansion lease for Zix Corp.

NAI Hunneman's suburban leasing group has negotiated a 6,399 s/f office lease on behalf of Zix Corp. at 67 South Bedford St. Jason Levendusky of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, INVESCO. Zix Corp, a leader in email encryption services, signed a long term lease and will expand and relocate at 67 South Bedford St. "After analyzing various options, our needs for immediate expansion were best met in our current facility," said Mike McCarthy, vice president at NAI Hunneman. "We're pleased that we were able to roll our client's existing obligations into an agreement which satisfies all of our future needs."
