R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. completed the leasing of 3,989 s/f to The Vin Bin at 91 Main St. The Vin Bin is a wine, cheese, bread, and brew specialty retail store.
Known as the Central Fire Station, 91 Main St. is a 15,124 s/f multi-tenant building located in downtown, at the intersection of Rte. 20 and Rte. 85.
Moving from its current downtown location, The Vin Bin will be expanding into 3.989 s/f, which will allow the highly rated wine and cheese shop room to grow.
Rick and Julie Lombardi opened the Vin Bin in 2004. "We're excited to be part of the resurgence in the Downtown Village area," Rick Lombardi said, "This expansion will allow us to meet the demands of our customers and continue to offer the best in specialty foods and cheeses, wines, craft beers and now, spirits."
As part of the business expansion, the city granted the Vin Bin a full liquor license which will allow the store to carry all alcoholic beverages.
