NAI Hunneman’s Capital Markets brokers $6.1 million multifamily sale

Lynn, MA NAI Hunneman brokered the $6.1 million sale of The Beaconsfield Apartments totaling 55-units located at 16 Newhall St. Executive vice presidents Carl Christie and Robert Tito along with assistant vice president Dan McGee represented the seller 16 Newhall Street, LLC., and procured the buyer M&M Gloss Realty Company, LLC.

“The property is over 96% occupied and offers a prime location just minutes from the commuter rail, as well as off-street parking making it a nice addition for the buyer who was looking to expand their holdings in the region,” said Christie.

The Beaconsfield Apartments is a six-story apartment building with 55 units. The brick building was originally the Beaconsfield Hotel and includes hardwood floors, detailing, and a passenger elevator. In addition, there is off-street parking for 11 cars.
