Raynham, MA The Boston Colliers International team of David Goodhue, PJ Foster and Kevin Brawley were instrumental in executing a 7,897 s/f lease with Claris Vision as well as a 2,494 s/f lease with Solar City Corp. at 175 Paramount Dr. Colliers also renewed 3,422 s/f with Bureau Veritas North America in the building. Colliers represented the owner of the property, Shearwater Holding Companies, LLC, and have leased 40% of the availability since taking on the assignment 9 months ago. Shearwater Holding will be making significant building improvements, including updates to landscaping and the common areas, as well as adding a café.

Claris Vision was represented by Ovar Osvold of NAI Hunneman. George O’Connor of Cushman & Wakefield represented Solar City and the Jones Long LaSalle team of Rich Schuhwerk and Sean Lynch represented Bureau Veritas.

“We identified 175 Paramount Dr. as high quality asset that was extremely well located at the intersection of Rtes. 24, 495 and 44. We believed its high vacancy rate was due to a lack of leasing direction at the time,” said James Ciffolillo, managing partner of Shearwater Cos. “Our leasing team at Colliers International proved us right. We have seen great activity since acquiring the property, which is largely due to the hard work of our team and an understanding of what the local market was lacking.”

“The majority of office buildings in this market lack key amenities,” said Jon Ciffolillo, managing partner of Shearwater Cos. “Given the quality of this asset, it only makes sense to offer first class common areas and amenities. We incorporated feedback from the existing and prospective tenants into a new café and complete lobby redesign.”

“It’s been a pleasure working with The Shearwater Companies on this assignment,” said Goodhue. “They understand Tenant’s needs and challenges, and are accommodating and creative in providing a mutually beneficial solution.”
