“Pride in ownership was well evident at 1010 W. Chestnut with occupancy at 100%, and 3 long-term quality tenants. There was a lot of interest from investors, since the property generated long-term stable cash flow, along with scheduled rental increases in-place,” said Ross.

Set on 8.75 acres of land in West Chestnut Commerce Center, 1010 West Chestnut St. is an 84,000 s/f warehouse/manufacturing building with excellent frontage and visibility along Route 24, as well as close proximity to both Route 128 and Interstate 495. The building is subdivided into four rentable units of industrial office and warehouse use, offering desirable and flexible tenant layouts.
