ROI Corp. completes sale of Angel Homecare and Care Management at 16 Haverhill St., Suite 13

Andover, MA ROI Corp. completed the sale of Angel Homecare and Care Management at 16 Haverhill St., Suite 13 to Dr. Didie Watsop. The sale price was not disclosed.

ROI Corp. president Gary Rayberg worked with seller Terrie Marr of Angel Homecare and Care Management during the transaction while ROI broker Joe McGrath worked with Dr. Watsop.

The transaction was financed by Wells Fargo and attorney Michael O’Neil, a partner at Schlossberg, LLC represented the sellers.

“Working with Dr. Watsop was a pleasure,” said McGrath. “He is a highly qualified businessman and assisted in making the entire process go smoothly.”

“Maintaining a practice at this location will serve as a wonderful addition to Dr. Watsop’s other health care enterprises,” said Rayberg. “The health care industry is booming and we’re pleased to accommodate both buyers and sellers; we wish Terrie Marr great success in her future endeavors.”

Marr, RN, founder and CEO of Angel Homecare and Care Management, sold the Andover practice and will continue her career in nursing but in a different setting.

Under the direction of Dr. Watsop, the business will continue to operate as a non-medical practice, providing home health care primarily to private pay, long-term insurance and Veterans Administration clients.

Dr. Watsop is the owner of several nursing facilities and maintains a practice in New Bedford, Massachusetts. He is affiliated with Boston Medical Center, MetroWest Medical Center Framingham Union Hospital and Quincy Mental Health Center.
