NAI Norwood Group handles $1 million land sale

Windham, NH NAI Norwood Group has completed the closing of two parcels of land. The two parcels, at 70 and 72 Range Rd., represent the path of development for the newly renovated intersection of Rtes. 111 and 111A. The registry of deeds reports that the sale was concluded for $1 million for the two parcels combined. According to the planning and zoning departments, the buyer intends to renovate the site for a 12,500 s/f veterinary clinic. 

“This is another great example of the expanding commercial real estate market along the 93 Corridor,” said Chris Norwood of NAI Norwood Group, one of the agents representing the seller. Judy Niles- Simmons, who also represented the seller, said, “In years past, most retailers had overlooked Exit 3, but now it has come into its own with opportunity for retailers and office users.”
