NAI Parsons Commercial Group Boston leases 10,029 s/f at Knowledge Park to Little Sprouts

Marlborough, MA Office leasing activity at Knowledge Park on Rte. 20 remains consistent, with the most recent and notable lease being executed with Little Sprouts Early Education and Childcare for 10,029 s/f on the first floor of 2 Mount Royal Ave. Little Sprouts is a network of experienced, engaged, and compassionate early educators dedicated to making lasting, positive differences for children and families. Little Sprouts plans to complete their build-out and open for business late summer of 2025. 

“We’re thrilled to welcome Little Sprouts to the office park”, said Garrett Quinn, assistant managing director at NAI Parsons Commercial Group Boston who handles the leasing for the office park. “In addition to being a well know tenant, Little Spouts will also serve as a valuable amenity to the other tenants and surrounding businesses”.

Within the last two quarters, NAI Parsons has completed a significant amount of new lease transactions including Brookhaven Hospice, Donor View, Hutchins and Threatt Insurance Agency, and Digital Fuel Marketing Agency totaling approximately 11,000 s/f. In addition to the new lease, current tenants such as Bayada Home Health Care, Sikich, Lauterbach, SiliconANGLE have signed renewals.

Knowledge Park consists of three buildings located at 2, 4, and 5 Mount Royal Ave. for a total of 161,000 s/f located on Rte. 20 off I-495. CB Equities purchased the three-building portfolio in 2017 and has made improvements including a gathering space called “The Club Room’’ that offers a complimentary Starbucks coffee machine, a micro market, comfortable coworking rooms, outdoor patio, a fitness center, and a business lounge.
