Paramount Partners represented the seller, Eastern Bank and procured the buyer, Taymil Partners of Framingham, to complete the transaction at a sale price of $1.589 million. 

In addition, Pilla and Coan of Paramount Partners represented Eastern Bank in its disposition of the former Cambridge Trust property located at 69 Park St. in Andover, Mass. Paramount procured the buyer, Musto Family LLC of Rye, NH, and completed the transaction at the sale price of $2.526 million.
