NAI The Dunham Group arranges 10,082 s/f in three lease transactions

NAI The Dunham Group completed the following transactions recently: *Serendipity Salon leased 1,750 s/f of retail space at 625 Bridgton Rd. from White Bear Properties. Chris Craig from NAI The Dunham Group and Ed Herczeg from KW Commercial brokered the lease. *Harpswell Capital Management leased 3,532 s/f of office space at 2 Monument Sq. in Portland from 800 Northern Corp. Thomas Moulton, CCIM, SIOR and Craig brokered the lease. *Surveillance Specialties, LTD leased 4,800 s/f of mixed-use space at 4 Thomas Dr. in Westbrook from Millennium Development, LLC. Greg Hastings, SIOR from NAI The Dunham Group and Dan Greenstein from CBRE The Boulos Company brokered the lease.
