Godin and Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties brokers 35,000 s/f

Ed Godin Jr. SIOR and Gerry Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties, have recently represented the landlord, Cornerstone Realty, in the leasing of 35,000 s/f of warehouse and office space at 105 Progress Ln. The 200,000 s/f facility is located off of I-84 at exit 25A near the Cheshire border. The new tenant, Frito Lay, will be utilizing the facility for distribution and was represented by Matt O'Hare of CB Richard Ellis in New Haven. Matthews Commercial continues to market the remaining 35,000 square feet of remaining warehouse or manufacturing space.
