NAIOP Massachusetts Events at a Glance

July 26: NAIOP @ Night Join NAIOP for a fun evening of networking at Coppersmith. Expand your network and develop valuable business relationships, while enjoying some appetizers and cocktails. Open to all members of the CRE Industry, this event is a fun way to mix and mingle with professionals from all sectors!

Attendees are invited to participate in an activity with Building Impact. Ticket price includes one drink ticket (beer or wine), appetizers, and door prizes.

August 10:  6th Annual Rock ‘N Real Estate Harbor Cruise Mix business with pleasure on the decks of the NAIOP Harbor Cruise, featuring networking, cocktails and live music. Connect with friends and colleagues while enjoying a 360 degree view of Boston’s ever-changing waterfront. September 20:  Member’s Only Leadership Lunch + Learn at Goodwin Procter NAIOP Members are invited to join Gavel member Andy Sucoff at Goodwin Procter’s new offices located at 100 Northern Ave. Andy and his design team will share a case study on their move to the Seaport; the factors they considered, the design requirements, and more! September 22 + 29:  Construction Management for Developers and Owners Onsite Course This is a two part (eight hour) course that is an introductory course designed exclusively for the real estate professional with little or no prior CM knowledge. The course provides a practical understanding of the planning, design and construction processes from project initiation to closeout. Taught by Dante Angelucci, senior vice president at The Davis Companies and Patrick Sousa, manager - development at Skanska USA commercial development.
