NDC Commercial Construction hires Kozel to lead business development and marketing

Plainville, CT On heals of announcing newly expanded leadership, Jacqueline Laramee, vice president and principal of NDC Corp., introduced Diane Kozel as the newest member to join the NDC team. Kozel will lead business development and marketing efforts in the healthcare, corporate, education, retail, and non-profit segments.

Kozel brings more than 20 years of experience in A/E/C industry to NDC. She will be responsible for seeking out opportunities for NDC to be included on select bidders’ lists, generating new business opportunities, meeting with potential project owners, and overseeing marketing activities.

“We are thrilled to welcome Diane to the NDC team,” said Laramee. “Diane’s extensive experience and connections in the A/E/C industry will support the continued growth of our commercial construction business in the northeast. Her expertise in cultivating new opportunities will be instrumental in landing new project wins.”

Prior to joining NDC, Kozel lead business development at FIP Construction in Farmington. She also held previous positions as a director of marketing at Fletcher Thompson as well as marketing manager at Morganti Group Inc. 

Kozel attended Western Connecticut State University.
