Neaton and Greenberg of SCRE finalize
four leases totaling 56,278 s/f

Dennis Port, CT Dan Neaton and Nate Greenberg of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented O’Reilly Auto Parts in finalizing four leases over the last six months. In Dennis Port and Bellingham, MA, O’Reilly leased 15,851 s/f and 8,970 s/f respectively. O’Reilly also signed leases for 21,322 s/f in Lewiston, ME and 10,135 s/f in Brookfield, CT. To date, SCRE has represented O’Reilly in securing 16 sites throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Neaton and Greenberg continue to represent O’Reilly Auto Parts throughout New England.
