Nedde and Yee of Redstone handle $1.665 million sale of 80-84 South Main St.

Doug Nedde and Peter Yee of Redstone worked together to sell 80-84 South Main St. The property was sold for $1.665 million. The building is a 28-unit HUD subsidized property catering to disabled and elderly tenants.   Nedde worked with the sellers, Eleven Eleven Enterprises, and Yee procured the buyer, Mountaha LLC. Peter Yee of Redstone and Tony Handy, Laura Handy, Joan Handy, Charlie Handy, and Joe Handy.  They are brothers and sisters and named the buying entity, Mountaha LLC after their mother Mountaha Handy.
