Newmark Knight Frank principal Drew Nelson has represented owner Chatham Development in the lease of its 5,200 s/f freestanding office building at 36 Crafts St. The new tenant, is FreshAddress Inc. and was represented by Ross Duncan-Brown of Hammond Commercial. ? The company was formerly located at nearby 288 Walnut St., and moved to accommodate expansion.
