NELTA will host "Foreclosures, Hot Issues and New Legislation in Maine," on April 6th, from 9-11:30 a.m. at Union Bluff Hotel, 8 Beach St.
David Jones, of Jensen Baird Gardner & Henry and Zachary Greenfield, of Monaghan, Leahy LLP, will be the speakers.
Jones will speak about foreclosure procedures and Greenfield will review recent hot issues and new legislation affecting real estate practice in the state.
The program will focus on recent changes in the law as well as providing a review of the existing foreclosure practice and frequent issues that arise. The program is appropriate for attorneys, real estate paralegals, and lenders.
