The Nery Corporation recently completed the sale of the Ice Chest Bar and Gille and real estate. The sellers were Ice Chest Inc./Huttleston Avenue Realty, LLC and the buyers were On Ice Realty, LLC/Ice House, LLC. Kevin Nery, CBB, CBI, M&AMI, president of Nery Corp. brokered the transaction.
The Ice Chest, established in 2007 evolved into a popular gathering place on Rte. 6. The former owners provided a successful format which included good food and live entertainment. The real estate was included in the transaction and includes a 2,450 s/f modernized building on 1.2 acres of land and parking.
