Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. hires Hurley - Pepe brokers $820,000 sale

Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. (CRA) hires Susan Hurley to sales staff. Hurley is a professional business woman practicing commercial real estate on Cape Cod and in the Southeastern Mass. area for the past 10 years. Her expertise and focus is in the areas of retail, office, industrial/manufacturing and multi-family properties. She handles both sales and leasing. Prior to real estate Hurley had a successful career in the high technology industry. Her experience runs from program management to customer service/logistics to plant management. She has a bachelor of science in Mathematics from Lowell Technological Institute and an executive master of Business Administration from Northeastern University. Also, CRA completed the sale of 5-6 Katie Marie Dr. for $820,000. The sale of the property was handled by Kevin Pepe, managing director of CRA. The buyer was Richard Prevett. The Katie Marie property and abutting 1.35 acre lot contains eight 50'x20' units. Established in 1999, Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. specializes in commercial and Industrial Real Estate Sales and Leasing; in mergers and acquisitions; business reengineering, including divestitures and downsizing; and business brokerage. Our headquarters is located in Hyannis, on Cape Cod.
